healthy snacks, yummy :)

if you get snacking desire, choose a healthy form. I really like the seeds and died berries, because it is suitable to satisfy the desire for sweet or salty taste too, and even gives you energy, filling, nutritious and delicious.
I recommend it for breakfast or lunch, but no more than two handfuls! just be aware that you dont eat for dinner this.
